Experience the best views of Chicago from 1,000 feet up! From the top of the 360 Chicago Observatory Deck you will enjoy spectacular 360 degree views of The Windy City as you sip the beverage of your choice.

Located in the heart of City, the building, formerly know as the John Hancock Center, is located in Chicago’s Magnificent Mile, home to many shops, restaurants, bars and more. Upon arriving at this iconic landmark, you will travel up to the 94th floor and head out to Chicago’s only open air sky walk. You take in views stretching across four states, plus unparalleled views of Lake Michigan. The Observatory deck is even equipped with panoramic interactive screens, which you can use to zoom in on famous locations and learn fun facts about Chi-Town. Plus there’s also a Scavenger Hunt and Multimedia Tour which highlights the history and hotspots of Chicago.

So, whether it’s your first time to the Windy City or you are a Chicago native, this 360 Chicago Experience will provide fantastic views of the City and it makes a unique gift for any occasion!

The 360 Chicago Observatory Experience is offered seven days a week, year-round, subject to availability. Hours of Operation are 9:00 AM until 11:00 PM.

The 360 Observatory Experience includes a day pass. Participants are able to stay as long as they choose within the hours of operation.

Price includes general admission tickets and a beverage. Participants must be a minimum age 21 years and Photo ID will be required.

The 360 Chicago Experience has been voted as one of the best views in Chicago by the Chicago Tribune, Chicago Convention and Tourism Bureau, Chicago Magazine and more!

Participants will see views spanning Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin and Illinois. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Lavazza Espression Cafe and Bar. There are also gifts and souvenirs available to purchase at two retail locations.

Question: Is there parking available at the 360 Observatory?

Answer: Yes, paid parking is available in the John Hancock Center garage. Tour participants are eligible to receive a discount.
Question: I would like to take my girlfriend out to lunch and surprise her with this gift. Is there a cafe or restaurant at the Observatory?

Answer: Yes, visitors are able to enjoy food and beverages at Architect’s Corner, 360 CHICAGO’s brand-new, modern café and bar. The restaurant offers gourmet foods and beverages, plus a full bar with daily cocktail specials.
Question: I am interested in giving this Xperience to my parents for their anniversary. Is there a Guide that can provide an explanation of the views from the Observatory?

Answer: Visitors will have the opportunity to not only gaze out to the City from every angle, but they will also be able to use the panoramic touch screens which provide information on Chicago's history, architecture, natural scenery and culture. These interactive guides are available in English, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, French, and Mandarin Chinese and Japanese!
Question: Are souvenirs available to purchase?

Answer: Yes, there are two retail shops which offer an exclusive selection of commemorative items: one on the concourse level and one on the 94th Floor.
