You’ll explore the amazing history of one of the twentieth century’s most influential Civil Rights activists as you follow your expert tour guide to visit sites connected with Dr King’s life.

Beginning at the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site, you’ll set off on a round 1.7 mile walk around Atlanta. You’ll pass by sites including the Ebenezer Baptist Church and Prince Hall Great Lodge (where Dr King worked) on your way to Jackson Street Bridge, which offers brilliant views over the city. From there, you’ll progress to the Sweet Auburn neighborhood, where Dr King was born, and the King Center, an international center celebrating Dr King’s values, where Dr and Mrs King are buried. You’ll also take in the International Civil Rights Walk of Fame and learn more about Atlanta’s role in America’s Civil Rights Movement.
