As you are escorted through the historic streets of the City you will learn not only about the beautiful history of the neighborhood but also about fine chocolates. You will savor a variety of delicacies as you visit some of Boston’s most popular chocolate destinations as well as lesser known chocolate treasures. Highlights of this Chocolate Tasting Experience may include a sample from a locally produced bean-to-bar chocolate maker, a cozy boutique with a large selection of imported chocolate bars, a specialty Swiss Chocolatier and more.

The Chocolate Tours of Boston take place Saturdays year-round, subject to availability. The Back Bay Tours typically begin at 11:00 AM and the South End Tours typically begin at 2:15 PM.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably in layers. Flat rubber-soled walking shoes are recommended for this culinary adventure.

Additional Information

Tours include less than a mile of walking. Participants should bring a water bottle and spending money as you may have the opportunity to purchase additional food, beverages, gifts and chocolate souvenirs on the tour. Zip lock bags will be provided to each participant to take home unfinished samples.

Children must be accompanied by a parent at all times, however this tour is not recommended for children under 10.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.
