The fun begins when you meet your local, friendly Guide at a bar that has been around since 1856, Tujague's Bar. Your guide will escort you and the rest of the guests to other age old establishments where you will sip, slurp and savor historic drinks that New Orleans is famous for! At each location, you will learn fascinating history of the city and the intriguing stories behind the drinks. Classic Cocktails you will sample during this tasty experience gift include Absinth, Sazerac, French 75, Pmmes Souffle with Bernaise Sauce or Gruyeres and, as an added bonus, your choice of Abita Beer or Grasshopper.

What To Wear

Dress comfortably, flat rubber-soled shoes and layers are recommended for this culinary adventure. Flip-flops, high heels and dress-shoes are not recommended.

Price includes the tasting of four cocktails and one beer. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the experience no substitutions can be made.

All participants MUST be 21 and show valid government issued Photo ID.

This is a walking tour, therefore participants must be able to walk over mile. There are no stairs on the tour. Generally the restaurants on the tour are wheelchair accessible, but the sidewalks can be uneven and difficult to navigate.

Gratuities are not included but are greatly appreciated and may be offered at the end of the event.
