The Harbor Sightseeing Cruises have a sail length of 1½ hours and a total duration of approximately 2 hours.

The Manhattan Harbor Cruises take place in all weather conditions, but in the rare case of severe weather reservations may be rescheduled by the Captain.

Classically-lined and comfortable, the Manhattan features an enclosed back seating area surrounded by windows and skylights, and comes equipped for all weather, with air conditioning and heating.

Each passenger will receive one complimentary drink from the bar. Cash is necessary to purchase any additional beverages. Food is not served during the cruise, but passengers are welcome to bring a small picnic on board.

Smoking and outside beverages are not allowed on board.

Gratuity for the Captain and Crew is not included and is appreciated at the end of the cruise.

A great trip!

This cruise was incredible. We had a reserved table inside where you order your first complimentary drink. We were really happy that the boat wasn't overfilled so made it nice and relaxing and the service was great. Once away from shore we were able to go outside on the boat where there is more seating. It was a sunny day so we did that and enjoyed the spectacular views. Highly recommend whether you live in NYC like us or are visiting.

Great Day

A great way to see the sights - although the Staten Island Ferry is free, we saw this go past and it was completely rammed with people at the windows trying to get photos. On our boat, however, we had plenty of space to walk around, views from every angle, a glass of fizz/beer and more than enough time to see the skyline and Statue of Liberty before heading back to the dock. The only thing is, if you want to hear the commentary, you need to be inside as you cannot hear it outside (the speaker is way too quiet).

PLUS, the Waterfalls look lovely at night. My only regret is that my camera ran out of battery power, and I hadn't thought to bring extra batteries.

This Cruise was utterly fabulous! The boat was amazing, and the sights were phenominal. I was really impressed by the friendliness of both the Captain and crew members, and there was a great bar serving well portioned and well priced drinks. Question: I am thinking of purchasing this gift, but we will be driving into the city from New Jersey over the George Washington Bridge. Is there parking close to the docks?

Answer: There is paid parking at Chelsea Piers. If you're south-bound on the West Side Highway the turn in for parking is on Piers 61, 60 and 59. You must be traveling southbound to access parking for the docks. You will receive more information on your confirmation letter.
Question: My Husband and I will be attending this wonderful cruise thanks to our thoughtful children. Will food and beverages be available on the Ship?

Answer: There is one complimentary drink included in the price for the Manhattan Harbor Scenic Cruise. While no food is served you are welcome to bring your own snacks. Alcohol is illegal to bring on board, however drinks are available for purchase.
Question: Is the Manhattan Scenic Cruise wheelchair accessible?

Answer: The Manhattans are accessible to those with walkers and canes. While the exterior deck is also accessible to those in wheelchairs, the yachts are not completely wheelchair accessible by average standards. Unfortunately, there is no access into the main cabin (the back interior observatory). In addition, areas such as the on-board restrooms have limited access as they are located down several steps. A guest using a wheelchair who would like to reach the back observatory or a restroom must be able to walk down with assistance.
Question: My girlfriend bought us the scenic cruise on the Hudson and East Rivers. I've gotten seasick on boats before, but not every time. How steady is this cruise?

Answer: If you get seasick only on small vessels you should be okay. The yacht is 80 feet and very stable and it is pretty rare for passengers to get seasick. If you normally take medication for motion sickness you may want to consider it, however the cruise company cannot officially advise you to take any.
