Step aboard for an evening of fun and excitement with this experience gift! You and your guest are in for a treat during this three-hour Dinner Cruise.

The adventure begins at Chelsea Piers on the Westside of Manhattan when you are greeted by the friendly Captain and Crew. Once aboard the ship, you will be escorted to your dinner table. You may order a cocktail from your server or explore the vessel as the Captain navigates the boat away from the dock and down the Hudson River. After departure, fresh salads accompanied by warm rolls will be brought to your table. When you are invited to the buffet, you may enjoy as much as you would like. After you enjoy dinner on the boat, you can head out to the deck and take in the views of the Manhattan Harbor or head out onto the dance floor and enjoy the DJ’s selection of Top 40 hits. From Battery Park to the Financial Center, the Brooklyn Bridge and South Street Seaport, Governor’s Island, Ellis Island and of course the Statue of Liberty, savor the sights and sounds of this spectacular ship!

Business Casual attire is suggested. Appropriate attire for men includes slacks and a polo or button down shirt, and nice pants or a dress for women. T-shirts, casual jeans, shorts, and sneakers are strongly discouraged. Designer jeans are acceptable.

What a Great Time!

We had our Celebration for Father's Day on our July 18th Cruise. The staff was friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The views were breathtaking and the food was very good. The parking cost was $50.00. No surprise but quite exorbitant.

We had a wonderful time on the dinner cruise. This was a wedding gift to us, so we had no idea what to expect. We definately did not expect the food to be what it was. The food was truly delicious. Had a good time and the views are worth the ride. Upon arrival our window table was taken, but they did give us another just as good. The waitress seemed spread too thin which affected the overall service. We were last in our area to receive drinks and it was very time consuming to get more EXPENSIVE drinks. The food was very good, but that could have been the large quantity of butter used - ok to eat only once in a while. It would have been nice to have a coctail hour to mingle with people while eating some orderves. The food was very rushed leaving not enough time to check out the outdoor views before eating. The entertainment was just ok, although they had some talanted employees. The outdoor tables could use some grip for the glasses. Overall amazing view of NYC, NJ, Brooklyn and Statue of Liberty well worth the photos that can be taken. It was a nice unique gift.

It was not as bad as I thought. The menu was limited. The DJ was annoying. The inside of the boat looked a little shabby and the carpet needed a shampoo really badly. I was hoping we would go all around Manhattan island but we started at west 23rd st and went up to the south street seaport on the east side. We had a brief stop at the statue of liberty but it is at night so average cameras wont get a good photo. If you never had a dinner cruise before this is a good way to try one.

We had a wonderful time. The buffet, while limited in items, was delicious. The staff was very nice and attentive. We had both a server and assistant server to see to our needs and the manager came to each table in our section to introduce himself. With window seats, we had a excellant view of the skyline. The DJ did a fine job of selecting music for both dining and dancing. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise.

I found the cruise to be very nice, it was my first time giving such a gift to my girlfriend, the food to me was excellent along with the wait staff. They were all very attentive and on top of their game as far as making you feel comfortable. The only thing I wasn't impressed with was that we could not go up on the observation deck, I feel as though they could have planned a little bette for the inclement weather we experienced earlier in the day. But other than that, not a single complaint from me, very impressed with the whole experience

We had a great time. Very nice dining room and we were given a window seat-nice suprise! The food was good, absolutely nothing to complain about. The weather was perfect and we spent a lot of time outside. The only reason I did not give a 5 was because of how loud the music was outside on the upper deck. I'm sure some people liked it, but we found it very intrusive and unnecessary on a beautiful evening cruise.

The ship ride was nice and the night out with my wife was also good. It was a beautiful night, the food was ok not great. Some of the food was cold, we had been given one plate of desert for two people. The waiter did not come around very much to look after us.

Overall somewhat disappointing. It was a beautiful balmy summer night and we spent quite a bit of time outside with spectacular views of Manhattan, the bridges, the 'Waterfalls' and the Lady. However, paid for a window seat (confirmed)and didn't get it, Ordereed pricey red wine that was served HOT (100+ degrees), and ate mediocre cafeteria food. Service was marginal had to literally pull the waiter off the dance floor to get served coffee. I'd give you a five on the cruise and 2 on most everything else.

Had a great time, cruise itself was wonderful.Service was OK, food was really disappointing, reminded me of hospital food. We were encouraged to go outside, went out for about five minutes, came back, noticed other people were eating salad, asked for ours, told we were too late? Next time we'll do the Circle Line and eat in Manhattan instead.Entertainment was very good

Question: I am thinking of purchasing this for my grandparents, but my grandfather uses a wheelchair. Is the ship handicapped accessible?

Answer: Yes. The ship has a deck and restrooms that can accommodate most standard-sized wheelchairs and the crew will be happy to aide any passengers that need assistance.
Question: My guest is gluten-free. Will they be able to accommodate her?

Answer: Yes. The New York Harbor Dinner Cruise can accommodate most food allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
Question: What happens if the cruise is cancelled for bad weather?

Answer: The dinner cruise sails rain or shine. The decks are fully enclosed and, because of the size of the ship and the fact that you stay in the harbor, you won't feel any chop on the water. In the rare case that the Coast Guard won't allow the vessel to sail, you will either have dinner dockside or be rescheduled directly by the cruise company.
Question: My parents gave my boyfriend and I this gift. How is the seating on the ship? Will we have to sit with another couple?

Answer: Some of the tables seat two, but most seat 4 to 8 people. The crew will do their best to seat couples by themselves but it's not guaranteed unless you choose the Romance on the Water option from the drop down above the add to cart button.
